Videos will be selected based on originality, creativity, and production value

Be creative! You can include scrapbooks, music, newspaper clippings, and any other tools to enhance your video
HOW TO SUBMIT A VIDEO?

All submissions must be uploaded to this website. Click on the "Submit a Video" button near the top of the page and fill out the required submission form.

Upload your video using the section provided on the submission form.
Check List:
___ Choose a person to interview
___ Refer to interview questions beforehand
___ Verify your equipment works
___ Practice beforehand
___ Choose a quiet place to conduct the interview
___ Ask questions and listen
___ Edit and Submit!
RULES

The person you interview must be over 60 years of age.

You and the elder do not need to be related. If you don’t know an elder, see the conversation guide for how to connect with an elder.

Videos can be no more than 5 minutes long, plus one minute of credits.

Only one submission per interviewed person will be allowed.
WHO CAN ENTER?
The videos will be judged based on the following categories:

Elementary (K-5th)

Middle School (6th-8th)
-
High School (9th-12th)
-
College/Post Secondary
